Every year we ask our clients how we’re doing: where we’re getting things right and where we could improve. The results are always very helpful and allow us to either pat ourselves on the back or decide where and how we need to spend time improving.

We also include an option in each support ticket to ask if we ‘Fell Short’, ‘Met’ or ‘Exceeded’ expectations, and for the whole of 2021, 97.3% of tickets either ‘Met’ or ‘Exceeded’ expectations.
For the remaining 2.7% of tickets, being alerted to a problem instantly allowed us to follow-up straight away and resolve the problem.
